PRIORITY LIST FOR BGO
PHARMACEUTICAL SATELLITE SYMPOSIA AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
Satellite symposia will take place from Wednesday 9th November- Friday 11th of November 2016. Details of available time-slots will be given by the scientific committee
All Satellite symposia programs must be approved by the BGO Scientific Committee with a view to ensuring the scientific quality and scope of such symposia within the framework of the Conference.
Companies are strongly encouraged to establish a program in line with the general concept of the Conference scientific program.
BGO policy encourages the avoidance of topic and/or statement repetition,
and/or lectures which may be in conflict with what the BGO Scientific program
BGO reserve the right to veto speakers. In order to ensure a greater diversity of opinion and scientific contribution,
BGO strongly recommend that a speaker presents at no more than one Satellite symposium; however, if unavoidable, a speaker may be involved in a second satellite for a maximum of two symposia during the Conference.
Any changes in the provisional or in the final program must be forwarded
immediately to the BGO Scientific Committee
Each company is responsible for the registration of its own Satellite symposium speakers to the Conference.
Duration of the Satellite Symposium will be 45 minutes
